Helsinki Gay Walk

Helsinki Gay Walk on the perfect way to explore the LGBTQ history of Helsinki! As the capital city, Helsinki has been a significant gathering place for various subcultures, including the LGBTQ community, whose development has closely followed the societal changes.

During this approximately two-hour and five-kilometer walking tour, you will visit places that hold great historical significance for sexual minorities. These places were not only used for socializing and partying, but also for building strong advocacy organizations. You will also hear stories about the gay culture in general and important figures such as Tom of Finland. Put on your rainbow glasses and join us on this tour!
